PUR URBAIN : THE SMART AND SUSTAINABLE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

More specifically, it is possible to arm the system, or lock and unlock the doors remotely using a mobile application.

All entry and exit activities are recorded to keep track of what is happening at home. Unique codes can be passed on to cleaning or delivery staff to identify their whereabouts. Alerts are sent directly to your cellphone in case of intrusion or any abnormal situation. At the buyer’s request, other security features can be added, such as optional surveillance cameras.
